We are some of the most experienced and established practitioners in the Capital Region, all with track records of success in helping people like you who
are looking for a deeper level of wellness.
At One Roof, we have an organic process to treat the whole person. We have
found that by integrating psychotherapy and bodywork, there is a deepening and
quickening of the healing process. As you begin working with one practitioner,
other issues may arise. It may be recommended that you collaborate with
additional One Roof practitioners to better support and facilitate the healing
process. This is our uniqueness: we work together and complement each other... under One Roof.
Located above Putnam Market at 433 Broadway in Suite 302, One Big Roof is a
sanctuary for contemplative and restorative care featuring workshops
and meditations. We are connected with other professionals in allopathic, complementary, and functional medicine, and provide psychosocial services. As a collaboration of practitioners, we are dedicated to
serving the community's needs by reclaiming the beauty of everyone's humanity.
Some of the counselors and psychologists accept health insurance. The Saratoga
Stress Reduction Program is also covered in part by some major health insurance
policies. To find out more please click here.
Massage, Acupuncture, Reiki, Healing Touch, Craniosacral Massage, and other
forms of bodywork at One Roof are not covered by insurance. However, in some
instances, insurance companies will reimburse clients for visits. It is always
best to check with your insurance provider to understand your benefits before
your visits.
How much are your services?
All of the practitioners at One Roof are independent contractors and set their
own fee for services, so the prices vary. Please see the services page on this website for specific costs.
How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, you will need to contact the practitioner directly. All
of the practitioners schedule their own appointments. They are also happy to
answer any questions that you may have prior to your appointment. Phone numbers
and extensions of individual practitioners can be found by clicking on our
practitioners' page. You will find contact information at
the end of each biographical statement.
If you are uncertain about whom you'd like to see, please
call Amanda Mody at 518-581-3180 ext. 300. She is happy to help you find the
right person to suit your needs.
