You are invited to join us for this well-rounded introduction to yoga & meditation. Re-discover joy in movement. Be proactive about pain and injury prevention, as you build resilience, revitalize, and cultivate mindfulness. Each class incorporates basic alignment principles, neural-muscular re-education, and the series is specifically designed for the needs of the individual student to provide a safe, non-judgmental and caring environment that most effectively supports self-care, self-compassion & wholeness.

Anna Witt, RMT, E-RYT-500, is a passionate Embodyoga ® teacher. She has a BFA in Dance and is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist dedicated to awaken human potential for deliberate living, known for her inspirational teaching style and her innovative methods for bridging the gap between ancient yoga wisdom and the cutting edge of body-mind & consciousness.
