  In addition to One Roof's space at 58 Henry Street, we are proud to offer larger group meditations, workshops, and classes at our expanded space facility, One Big Roof.Located above Putnam Market (433 Broadway, suite 302) in downtown Saratoga Springs, One Big Roof is a sanctuary for contemplative and restorative care featuring innovative workshops and meditations. As a collaboration of practitioners, we are dedicated to serving the community's needs by reclaiming the beauty of everyone's humanity.  The expanded space allows us to offer a bevy of classes and workshops, led by our One Roof staff, as well as other local practitioners whose approach to holistic health and wellness is congruent with the philosophy of One Roof. Whether your interest is Yoga, energy work, contemplative and embodied awareness practices, support groups or nutrition, One Big Roof offers the space to host a diversity of opportunities for wellness and health.
