Clinical Psychologist
One Roof founder Selma Nemer is a licensed psychologist who specializes in releasing repetitive destructive patterns of behavior through insight, deep listening, and breathwork. Trained as a Jungian psychologist, she works with adults and couples to explore issues surrounding relationships, trauma, grief, addiction and abuse. She is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Rapid Desensitization) and is skilled in Somatic Experiencing, Dreamwork, and Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy.

Kristine was one of the area's most sought-after massage therapists for nine years. Presently, Kristine is the "front of the house" administrator at One Roof. Her main objectives are to keep operations running smoothly, answer questions and get clients where they need to go. Naturopathic Doctor
Alison finished her B.A. in Anthropology from the University at Buffalo and achieved her doctorate degree from National College of Naturopathic Medicine, NCNM, in Portland. She specializes in clinical nutrition, homeopathy, bio-therapeutic drainage, and botanical therapy along with simple natural cure procedures. Naturopathic medicine provides the means to help with chronic illness and supports those who aim to find optimal health. Dr.Finger is currently consulting with clients at the Doylestown Natural Medicine Center in Doylestown, PA and One Roof in Saratoga. She is a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Connecticut and a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the New York Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Deb received her BS in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University, her certificate as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Albany Medical College, and Reiki Master Teacher certificates from the Reiki Room of Saratoga Springs. She is currently attending The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She has been honored in Marquis Whos Who in Medicine and Healthcare and has been affiliated with Saratoga Integrative Practitioners Network (SIPN) since its inception. Deb has experience in family health, pediatrics, womens health, college health and holistic counseling. She offers a broad range of personal health services including the promotion and maintenance of health, the prevention of illness and disability, basic care during acute and chronic phases of illness, and the referral to other health care practitioners and community resources when appropriate. Deb emphasizes a holistic approach towards creating optimal health through integration with medical protocols. She focuses on lifestyle factors such as physical activity, high quality nutrition, relationships, career and spirituality. Ed Kuntz brings an eclectic background to his practice of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. He received a B.A. in sociology from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY and received a Masters of Acupuncture degree from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Seattle, Washington. He has been in practice for 10 years. In addition to traditional Chinese Medicine, Ed has continued to study Japanese Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy which he combines to provide effective treatment for a variety of conditions.

Terry Keenan practices the holistic treatment of patients with the complementary use of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This holistic approach integrates body, mind and spirit using acupuncture, eastern nutrition, Chinese herbs, Chinese medical aromatherapy, Chinese bodywork known as Tui Na, and movement such as Qi Gong or Yoga. All of these treatments can be performed safely in the context of patients existing biomedical care to address both their current symptoms and some of the underlying causes of their health problems. In some cases, this complementary approach even helps patients cope with side effects of biomedical treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiation.
Terry provides wellness and preventive care to patients who want to maintain good health. She also works with patients who have a history of chronic illness and want to combine eastern and western treatments. Terry is dedicated to helping each of her patients achieve optimum health, healing and quality of life.
Ms. Keenan is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, and yoga instructor. She received her Masters of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City and is a student and practitioner of the pulse diagnosis system taught by Dr. Shen and Dr. Leon Hammer. She is also a student and practitioner of the Chinese Medical Aromatherapy system taught by Jeffrey Yuen. Her hospital experience in the New York City area includes: St. Vincents Comprehensive Cancer Center; NYU/Cornell Hospital for Bone and Joint Disease; St. Johns Riverside Hospital; and St. Vincents HIV Center. She continues to study and pursue new developments in the Complementary Medicine field.

Physical Therapist
Patricia Tschannen, MPT is a licensed physical therapist specializing in manual therapy and yoga therapeutics to treat physical dysfunction and injury.
Certified as a massage therapist before becoming a PT, as well as trained in yoga therapeutics, she includes, but does not limit her treatments to: deep tissue work, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, visceral manipulation and muscle energy techniques to
most effectively address each individuals needs. Yoga asanas are modified and given as a home program for individuals to continue to positively affect their dysfunction outside of sessions.
Patricia received her Master's in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY; her CMT from the Baltimore Holistic Health Center; and a BS in Geography from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. Her yoga training includes practicing since 1982, a teacher training program with Todd Norian in 2004 and numerous workshops through the years with wonderful teachers, some well known and others not so well known.

Dr. Alexandra Riccio has had a private practice in Homeopathic medicine since 2002. She began studying homeopathy in 1999 after she completed a doctoral program in Physiology and Neurobiology at the University of Connecticut. After having been a successful biologist, teacher, and nurse for many years, she discovered her natural ability in the practice of homeopathy and healing. After intensive homeopathic training, Dr. Riccio received a certificate from the New England School of Homeopathy.
Dr. Riccio enjoys working with children and childhood issues and illnesses, and finds that homeopathy is highly effective and free of side effects. She also works with many women around female health issues.

Catharine Sanderson is an individual, family and group therapist at Four Winds Saratoga, a private psychiatric hospital, where she has worked with people of all ages for 17 years. She holds a Master's in Expressive Therapy , specializing in art therapy and psychodrama. Catharine has been a practicing clinician for 25 years in Boston, Cape Cod, New Orleans and Saratoga Springs. Hollyday Hammond, LCSW

Hollyday is passionate about her work and has been helping people develop more satisfying and joyous lives and relationships for 18 years. She works with people of all ages in individual, couples, family and group therapy. She established her practice in Saratoga Springs in 1996 and soon after began training in social therapy. Social therapy is a group-oriented, radically humanistic approach to psychotherapy which challenges the psychologies of individualism, pathology and diagnosis. It locates people's emotional pain and problems in society rather than in the individual. Relating to people as powerful creators of change, Holly helps people build environments where they can get the help and support they need to grow and develop.
In addition to therapy, Holly enjoys leading workshops on parenting, relationships and wellness. She also provides clinical supervision to psychotherapists and other health care practitioners. She completed her MSW at Hunter College School of Social Work and post-graduate training in social therapy at East Side Institute for Group and Short Term Psychotherapy (ESI) in New York City. However, in recent years with additional training, I now primarily utilize an Intensvie Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy IISTDP) approach in the treatment of depression, anxiety, unresolved grief or trauma, health related issues and relationship problems. Mana Behan
Cranio-sacral Therapist/Yoga Teacher
Mana has been graced with a large family and a rich marriage. While teaching in schools, in a prison and in a college, she discovered the incredible gift of yoga classes and massage therapy. These healing modalities carried her through a time of personal crisis and called to her more deeply to be a practitioner. She realized the deep connection between relaxation and self-trust.
Mana has studied with several teachers and continues to love learning. She especially enjoys the richness of craniosacral therapy sessions as a way to reveal long held physical and emotional wounds through mind, body and spirit awareness. The sessions invite the receiver to richer life habits. Gradually, through these sessions, clients become more able to drop life-defeating patters as body/mind awareness builds.
