Saratoga Holistic Health Center Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment, you will need to contact the practitioner you wish to see directly. All of our practitioners schedule their own appointments. They are also happy to answer any questions you may have prior to your appointment. Phone numbers and extensions of individual practitioners can be found by clicking on our practitioners’ page.

If you are uncertain about whom you’d like to see, please call Administrative Director, Mary Kathryn, at 518-581-3180 ext. 300. She will be happy to help you find the right person to suit your needs.

How much are your services?

All of the practitioners at One Roof are independent contractors who set their own fees for services, so prices vary. Please see the services page on this website for some specific costs – or feel free to inquire with the practitioner.

Do you accept insurance?

Some of the One Roof counselors and psychologists accept health insurance. Contact the individual provider at their extension number listed on our practitioner’s page to inquire.

Massage, Acupuncture and other forms of bodywork at One Roof are generally not covered by insurance. However, in some instances insurance companies will reimburse clients for these types of visits. It is always best for you to check with your insurance provider to understand your benefits before your visit. Call them at the number printed on your insurance card.

What makes us different?

At One Roof, we have a  holistic process, which acknowledges and treats the whole person. We have found that by integrating psychotherapy and bodywork, there is a deepening and quickening of the healing process. As you begin working with one practitioner, other issues may arise. It may be recommended that you collaborate with additional One Roof practitioners to better support and facilitate the healing process. This is our uniqueness: we work together and complement each other – under One Roof.

Who are we?

We are some of the most experienced and established practitioners in the Capital Region, all with track records of success in helping people like you who are looking for a deeper level of wellness.

Our practitioners’ offices are located at 58 Henry Street in downtown Saratoga Springs. We also offer bodywork and the Saratoga Stress Reduction Program, a keystone of our practice.
