wmht_logo_220One Roof’s Dr. Selma Nemer appears on WMHT Health Link with Benita Zahn Thursday, April 24th, 7:30pm! The program will be available to watch on the WMHT website beginning April 25th. Co-facilitator for our Saratoga Stress Reduction Program, Dr. Selma will be discussing mindfulness meditation. She has been trained by Jon Kabat-Zinn, a nationally renowned expert in this field, creator of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and author of “Full Catastrophe Living.”
