Learn how to replace stress with relaxed awareness to take up the habits that will create health and happiness. You can now build the foundation to an injury-free, nurturing and self-empowering yoga practice. Beginner classes are designed to provide a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment to most effectively provide you with self-care, appreciation and personal growth.

AnnaLogoExperience a balanced and informative yet fluid class that introduces you to the fundamentals of an injury-free yoga practice. With precise attention to detail and inner-oriented cues, you’ll begin to develop core strength, elasticity and whole body integration. Classes are open to students of all levels. No previous experience is required.

Anna Witt, RMT, E-RYT-500, is a passionate Embodyoga ® teacher. She has a BFA in Dance and is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist dedicated to awaken human potential for deliberate living, known for her inspirational teaching style and her innovative methods for bridging the gap between ancient yoga wisdom and the cutting edge of body-mind & consciousness.
