Deepen and revitalize your practice and teaching as you delve into the currents of your personal embodiment. Feel empowered as you establish a broad base for the full yogic experience, from meditation to embodied vinyasa, to yoga philosophy. In this program, you will:
– Experience the vibrancy and interconnectivity within your fascial network
– Embody the wisdom of yoga philosophy to develop a depth and beauty in your practice that remains constant when you step off the mat and into your life
– Open a dialogue within & awaken a self beyond your habitual ways of thinking, moving & living
– Accelerate your evolvement to higher awareness

In the Saratoga Health & Wellness Building, Across from Maple Ave. Middle School
FEE= $220, Full Course (includes one-to-one meeting time with Anna).
The course builds on the foundation of each consecutive level.

BIO: Anna Witt, RMT, E-RYT-500, is a passionate Embodyoga® teacher. She has a BFA in Dance and is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist dedicated to awaken human potential for deliberate living, known for her inspirational teaching style and her innovative methods for bridging the gap between ancient yoga wisdom and the cutting edge of body-mind & consciousness. Anna also offers Private Yoga Sessions as Yoga Therapy, to Deepen One’s Personal Practice, as Adaptive Yoga to meet specific Physical Challenges.
