True love, good fortune and abundant good health do not come to you by accident. You call them forth with your thoughts, actions and intentions. We are meant to live in joy and fulfillment. Many old and toxic belief systems hide in our subconscious mind, limit us and secretly run the show of our lives. When we are focused on our current state of misery, scarcity, and “want,” then we only receive more of the same.
Our workshop will teach you tantric yoga techniques that can break negative patterns. See yourself having love, joy and abundance, and you will start the process to make it a reality, deepen your relationships, and attract the right resources and people to you.
Carol is a RYT-200 Kundalini Yoga instructor with additional certifications in Yoga 4 Cancer (y4c). Her enthusiasm and passion for teaching, combined with her knowledge and understanding of the foundations of yoga philosophy, meditation and holistic lifestyle, allow her to teach classes that encourage the beginner, as well as challenge the most advanced student to use the body, breath and mantra. She is also president of Learning Journeys where she brings her passion for yoga and travel into health, wellness and community service based travel programs to global destinations in Europe, Latin and South America, Africa and India.
Esmond and Danielle Lyons are the founders of the Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Center in Glens Falls.
