Discover how to balance yin and yang in your yoga practice, cultivating the platform for effortless and empowered asana. This workshop will provide a framework that allows you to dive ever deeper into the explorations of Self.

Anna Witt, RMT, E-RY T-500, is a passionate Embodyoga ® teacher. She has a BFA in Dance and is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist dedicated to awaken human potential for deliberate living, known for her inspirational teaching style and her innovative methods for bridging the gap between ancient yoga wisdom and the cutting edge of body-mind & consciousness. Anna also offers Private Yoga Sessions as yoga therapy, to deepen one’ s personal practice, as adaptive yoga to meet specific physical challenges.
