Enriching relationships through nurturing touch
with Laura Normile, M.A., Psychosomatic Guide
Nurturing touch constitutes one of the essential needs that support human well being on mental, emotional and physical levels. However, in our everyday life nurturing touch as a way of connecting, creating trust and emotional intimacy with another human being is pretty much neglected. Nowadays, interaction with others is predominantly taking the form of phone calls, texts, emails and comments through social media, gradually replacing the comforting warmth of nurturing human touch.
In this workshop participants will explore the basics of supportive, nurturing human touch and learn how to incorporate it more in their everyday interactions in order to create more fulfilling connections with others.
Please wear comfortable clothes, come 10 minutes early and bring lunch with you.
We need an even number of participants, as we will be working in pairs.
