Health-Preserving Qigong with Dr. Wang
Moving Meditations for beginners and intermediates
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health-promoting exercise. Qigong practices enhance overall mental and physical health and improve the outcome of post surgical/medical/injury recoveries.
The hour-long class concentrates on basic Qigong postures, movements, breathing and mental concentration to unify body and mind, followed by meditation for self-awareness, and relaxation.
Through the year-long program, several progressive qigong series will be offered, each typically runs 6-8 weeks. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. Families with children (age 8 or above) are welcome.
Wednesdays, 7-8pm
First session: Relaxation Qigong Series
Cost: $90 for six classes or $15 per class, new students are welcome to join at any time!
