There will be two weekly classes*

  2. Another class will be held on (MOST) Sundays (please check the calendar!) from 10:30 to 11:30am, and will continue until our summer break (except the Sundays when I am on call and working).

Classes will focus on the following qigong practices and each class is different:

Goal: Enhanced cardiac and pulmonary functions, steadier gait, stronger muscle tones, better digestive function, stronger bones, increased flexibility, enhanced peripheral circulation, and happiness. The classes are suitable for beginners and people with previous Qigong experiences.
No age or ability limitations.
