Health-Preserving Qigong with Dr. Wang, M.D.
For beginners and intermediates.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health-promoting exercise. Daily Qigong practices enhance overall mental and physical health. It improves the outcome of many chronic medical conditions and promotes post surgical/medical/injury recoveries. The hour-long class concentrates on basic Qigong postures, movements, breathing and mental concentration to unify body and mind.
Through this year-long program, several progressive qigong series will be offered, each typically runs 6-8 weeks. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. Families with children (age 10 or above) are welcome.
New students are welcome to join at any time!
