This program offers both a physical yoga practice and time for calm introspection and rejuvenation. A powerful antidote to the stress that can build up through the Holiday Season when we take on too much and find ourselves running on empty. Take this opportunity to build confidence in your body, resilience in your mind, and gracefulness in all you do. Step out of the rush and bring forth your inner glow.
Fees: BEGINNERS – START with six consecutive yoga classes/$89

You are invited to join us for this well-rounded introduction to yoga & meditation. Re-discover joy in movement. Each class incorporates basic alignment principles, neural-muscular re-education, and the series is specifically designed for the needs of the individual student to provide a safe, non-judgmental and caring environment that most effectively supports self-care, self-compassion & wholeness.
***NOTE: Classes are held at 538 Maple Avenue, Saratoga Health & Wellness Building (across from the Maple Avenue Middle School, just off Route 50).

Anna Witt, RMT, E-RYT-500, is a passionate Embodyoga ® teacher. She has a BFA in Dance and is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist dedicated to awaken human potential for deliberate living, known for her inspirational teaching style and her innovative methods for bridging the gap between ancient yoga wisdom and the cutting edge of body-mind & consciousness.
