In this workshop, learn about the basic anatomy of the knee joint, the movement of the menisci, and the spirallic rotation of the foreleg as being a central support for the entire body and absolutely necessary for knee health. Enter the body-mind fully, with clarity of awareness, self-acceptance, compassion and awe.
