LEARN ABOUT: Professional Medical Therapeutic Yoga with Sarah Avery
Physical Therapist Sarah Avery will be hosting a FREE introductory workshop to Professional Medical Therapeutic Yoga at One Big Roof from 12:00noon-1:00pm. JOIN US & BRING A FRIEND! Anyone interested in learning about yoga from the perspective of a physical therapist is welcome to attend. Please wear comfortable clothing. Additional equipment will not be necessary.

Specialized programs will be offered in future workshops. The first group (in SEPTEMBER at One Big Roof!) will be targeted for those wanting using yoga as an adjunct for bone health and osteoporosis or osteopenia. Following workshops will include yoga for chronic pain and pregnancy (separate for pre-natal and post-natal). Partial days may be taken.

Sarah Avery received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarkson University in 2016. She practices at Goodemote Physical Therapy, and is completing her certification as a Professional Yoga Therapist.
*NOTE: One Big Roof classes are held at 538 Maple Avenue (Route 9), Saratoga Health & Wellness Building across from the Maple Avenue Middle School, just off Route 50.
