8 Week Women’s Wellness Series:
Loving Yourself and the Body You Live In

This 8 week course with April Hannah is designed to increase self esteem, develop body confidence and uncover emotional and behavioral patterns that are connected to a women’s body image, the food they eat, and struggles related to weight. Classes will include a blend of discussion of required readings, meditation, gentle yoga, art therapy, Emotional Freedom Tapping technique, and group counseling.

Cost: $240 per person. Pre-registration and $50 non-refundable deposit required to hold your space by April 17, 2015. Payment plans accepted. Tuition must be paid in full by first class. Minimun 20 participants. Drop-ins not permitted; must take full 8 week course. Required text books not included in tuition: A Course in Weight Loss by Marianne Williamson and The Tapping Solution for Weight Loss and Body Confidence by Jessica Ortner.

April Hannah is a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holistic healing practitioner.
