Increase your resilience to life’s challenges by learning to let go of mental habits that negatively affect your mood. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is an eight week program for people who have had depressive episodes. It combines the use of meditation and other awareness practices with cognitive behavioral therapy to build resilience against the downward spiral of depression. Learn to use compassionate awareness to form a new way of working with your thoughts and feelings. This program is led by MBCT- Trained therapist Alexis Katz, MS Ed, LCSW-R. Cost for the full eight-week program is $300
