This workshop focuses on helping develop coping strategies for your new life situation, whether it be: marriage, divorce, illness, moving, retirement, an empty nest, widowhood, injury, new job—or something else that has reconfigured your life. Through a series of dynamic activities and discussions, we use exercises and writing as a way to connect with each other, become more in touch with our needs, and share resources and strategies to further build resilience as we live through dramatic changes in our lives.
