Empowerment through Embodiment Yoga Wksp w Anna Witt:
Building Your Power Base, Hip Opening Potential
Experience a mindful practice to build a baseline of fluid efficient movement, improved breathing, and reduction of chronic discomfort and pain. Work progressively into the area of your hips. Start with standing postures and explore ever deeper into your hips by moving into seated hip openers and the deep reset of restorative yoga. Replace stress with relaxed awareness. Whether you are experiencing conditions such as lower back pain, pelvic pain, knee or foot problems – or you are simply curious about embodiment – this workshop is for you! The Asana practice is accompanied by live music.
