Intimately Rooted: Women’s Yoga Practices for a Vital Pelvic Bowl
Regular practice of the techniques presented support the health of the pelvic floor muscles and organs. When women can navigate their own bodies, especially the pelvis, with greater ease, they often see improvement in pelvic floor-related issues, can more easily access their creative potential, and have a sense of being more intimately rooted in their own being. This workshop is open to all women and requires no prior yoga experience.
Cost: $45 register beforehand / $50 for drop-in
*Reservations are requested, and drop-ins are welcome the day of the workshop.
