Synervation Physical Therapy classes are designed to train your brain to improve how you move! This is a 12-week program to correct faulty movement patterns for improved function, muscle balance and overall wellness. The techniques utilize the nervous system to reflexively activate the stabilization system of the body and create a stable base for movement. The program has three parts with the first having an emphasis on correcting faulty breathing patterns followed by aligning the pelvis and lower extremities and lastly to improve the body’s ability to protect and rotate the spine and stabilize the shoulder blades, shoulders and neck. The goal of the program is to improve overall posture and alignment, decrease pain, reduce stress and increase functional mobility. Along with the weekly class, each person with receive private sessions to assess movement patterns and develop an individualized home exercise program.
