If you have have been struggling with a loss of any type (death of a loved one, terminal illness diagnosis, divorce, break up, loss of an animal, loss due to natural disaster, loss of employment, etc.) and haven’t been able to fully grieve; or maybe you are feeling stuck in your grief; this group would be perfect for you to attend.
This group will provide participants support in the process of grieving and meditation and will help to aid the individual in healing. The participants will be taken on a journey with a guided meditation and live vibroacoustic therapy music with the intention of moving forward and releasing the grief in order to live a more peaceful life. No prior meditation experience is needed, just a willingness to want to move forward from your current emotional state of grief.
This series will consist of 3 one-hour classes: Oct 21, Oct 28 & Nov 4.
Health Investment: $20 per class early bird fee ($60 must be paid in full by October 12).
Drop-ins: welcome for $30 per class if space is available with an RSVP 24 hours before class.
Class is limited to 20 participants.
