Join me for a Saturday afternoon workshop based on yoga and basic ayurvedic science. We will explore and co-create an exploratory experience through some basic asana (beginner’s welcome), guided meditation, presentation, journaling, group sharing, and other insight work. By noticing patterns within ourselves, we can begin to tap into the wisdom of the body while we clear and connect to our highest self.

About Amy Eldredge:  For 20+ years, yoga asana had been part of my life and has served to shape me in ways I never thought imaginable at the outset. My mat has been a classroom, of sorts, allowing me to examine and learn about myself and the world in a safe, playful, and extraordinary way. What has developed is a deep connection to myself; this has caused me to want to teach yoga and offer this same experience to others. I was fortunate to find many teachers well schooled in Anusara yoga throughout my path, which has informed my practice with safe and alignment-based wisdom. A daily meditation practice in recent years has catapulted my growth exponentially and ongoing study with Paul Muller-Ortega continues to build the framework for my life and practice as a yogi.  Current ongoing study in Ayurveda with Cate Stillman further informs my journey. I have lived in Saratoga since 2007. I work in the community as a Nurse Practitioner helping patients with chronic pain.
