For Parents Only, A wksp with Caroline Russell Smith & Patricia Swander Farrell
Supporting the Sexual Wellbeing of Teens and Emerging Adults
May 11th 6-8:30 pm, 538 Maple Ave, Saratoga Springs
We invite parents, educators, family members, clergy and medical professionals who work with teens to explore:
- What are the most important messages to convey to teens about relationships, consent, and sexual wellbeing?
- How do we address the impact of the digital world on the sexual development of teens and young adults?
- How do our own experiences shape the way we relate to young people about sexuality?
- How can we listen in a way that encourages young people to talk?
Our time together will be engaging and educational. There will be an opportunity at the end to offer reflection and feedback as your suggestions will inform our future programming for teens as well as for adults.
This event is FREE. Registration is required.
