Join Jennifer Ricupero in her trademarked class, Taboga®, as she combines Tabata and Yoga to improve core strength, flexibility and posture while toning and strengthening. Please bring water and your mat. Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training. It usually consists of several rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. Please bring water and your mat. All abilities welcome!
