One Big Roof, Center for Mindful Practices

Find Freedom through this Forgiveness Workshop with Sara Madkour

Have you ever heard that holding onto anger or carrying a grudge is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die?

Do you struggle with resentment or frustration with people in your life or with yourself?       Most of us do! You are not alone.

Join Yoga and Meditation instructor, Sara Madkour, for this life-changing evening! Learn how to begin releasing old resentments, frustration and anger using the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono along with self-reflection, breath work and meditation. This is a ritual of reconciliation and forgiveness that will allow you to access freedom within, and very often will cause shifts in your relationships with others. Sara will guide you through some exercises that will begin your healing process and leave you feeling lighter, freeing up space in your mind and heart for the things that really matter to you!

Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace.
