Sara Martin Madkour is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 HR Yoga Teacher and Meditation Facilitator. Sara currently teaches Yoga for EveryBODY at the Wilton YMCA. She is a certified Spirit Junkie Life Coach and is currently getting her certification as a Global Cities Peace Project meditation leader. During the week Sara is a Human Resources professional in the retail industry keeping her closely reminded of the everyday struggles we have in life. Sara is committed to sharing practical tips and tools that have helped her morph from an overwhelmed, stressed out working mother of two children to a more balanced, joyful, and fulfilled human who feels that she is taking steps toward her life’s purpose each day.
