The Qigong with Dr. Wang series resumes: Taoist Dynamic and Static Qigong.
“Qigong” is an ancient Chinese health preserving practice more than a thousand years old. “Qi” is the basic element of life and the nature, the foundation for good health. “Gong” is the way of cultivating “Qi.” Taoist Dynamic and Static Qigong combine dynamic movements and static inner Qi cultivation for better health and fitness.

Dating back to the Chinese Song Dynasty (960-1279), This Qigong has been practiced and perfected by Taoist monks into one of the most celebrated health promoting exercises. Qigong combines relaxation and strength, dynamics and inertia. It cultivates vital and lasting inner energy that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to improve circulation, organ function, flexibility, balance and fitness.
This program consists of six weekly classes of one hour each. In each class, Dr. Wang teaches Qigong with knowledge and enthusiasm. Enjoyment is immediate when you learn to open your lungs, strengthen your muscles, lubricate your joints and steady your balance. The meditation will take you to another level of self-awareness, concentration and relaxation. It is a “Chinese health secret” in town.
