Qigong with Dr. WANG

A new series will be starting on February 7th through April 11th. The classes will be weekly on every Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. 

We will learn and do the following Qigong practices:

1. Introduction to Qigong and Qigong basics
2. Qigong postures
3. Breathing techniques
4. Qi enhancement
5. Relaxation and meditation Qigong
6. Whole body silk reeling
7. Whole body Accupoints tapping
8. Da Mo arm swing
9. Meridian stimulation
10. I will keep it a secret for now.

All of the above are basics of Qigong, they are easy to learn but difficult to master. If you are new, it is great for you to start. If you have attended my classes before, you will reach new levels.

I am asking you to register for an 8 class series in order to achieve health benefits and keep the classes vital. The total cost is $120 due at the first class. If you have credits from previous classes, please let me know.

*NOTE: Classes are held at 538 Maple Ave (Route 9), Saratoga Health & Wellness Bldg, across from the Maple Ave Middle School, just off Route 50. Enter at the rear.
