Would you like to increase your level of relaxation, connect to your divine essence and deepen your self-awareness? Delve into the chakras and the power of the spine with this immersion that explores the more subtle dimensions of yoga, your vast potential, empowerment and connection. Deepen your understanding of the physical structures, organs and glands, and how they correspond with each vital energy center along the spine. Learn how to release stagnant energies and infuse trapped emotions with breath.
All four parts of the immersion will include:
– experimental anatomy
– somatic awareness exercises
– therapeutic applications to asana
– yoga & live drumming
– yoga nidra
– and intention setting exercises
FEE: 1 workshop on Sept 23rd = $55
Taking ALL 4 SESSIONS is highly recommended

Anna Witt, E-RYT500, is a passionate Embodyoga ® teacher, known for her inspirational teaching style and her innovative methods for bridging the gap between ancient yoga wisdom and the cutting edge studies of body-mind and consciousness.
