Retreat: Saratoga Stress Reduction Program, Spring Session, 10:15am-2:30pm

This All-day Retreat is the culmination of the Saratoga Stress Reduction Program, Spring Session. Participants have been meeting once a week for 90 minutes for eight weeks total. Classes have been divided into periods of guided meditation practice and group discussion. Toward the end of the course we hold this All Day Retreat, which is generally on a Sunday. Because this is a longer opportunity to practice, students are able to experience mindfulness in a deeper way at this important Retreat.
