Anna Witt, E-RYT500, is a passionate Embodyoga ® teacher, known for her inspirational
teaching style and her innovative methods for bridging the gap between ancient yoga wisdom and the cutting edge studies of body-mind and consciousness.
Embodyoga ® is an inclusive approach to the deeply healing, therapeutic, and spiritual essence of yoga woven into the cutting edge studies in the field of body-mind and consciousness. Providing insight in our true nature we begin to notice we are alive and awake at every level of our being. Through inquiry and direct experience we bring awareness to all the body systems, tissues and cells perceiving tangible support and alignment from the inside out. A mindful, embodied yoga practice facilitates healing, relieves symptoms of stress, injury or chronic pain. Classes are awareness-centered, incorporating deep knowledge of alignment and personal embodiment.
