Radical Self-Acceptance: The Transformational Aspects of the Heart
How do we respond to the immense demands of life from an awakened consciousness, guided by the wisdom of our hearts? In this workshop we will investigate the anatomical structures of the heart, pericardium and lungs. Learn how to allow these delicate structures to soften, infuse trapped emotions with breath, and insistently tap into experiences of empathy, kindness and forgiveness. Come nurture and enliven the loving ground of your radiant being. This workshop is based on experimental anatomy in asana, tantric philosophy, breath work and heart-centering meditations.
