Ann Saffi-Biasetti will present the benefits of self-compassion, based on the latest research (including her own!). We will explore practices of self-compassion, based on the newly developed Mindful Self-Compassion program by Chris Germer and Kristen Neff, both leaders in self-compassion research. Through meditative inquiry, insight dialogue, and the embodied door, we learn how to embrace self-compassion form the “inside out.”
