Self-Empowerment: Cultivating Core, A Yoga Workshop w Anna Witt
Do you want to move forward in your life with a sense of ease and purpose?
Cultivating core awareness awakens an inspired consciousness in which you find joy for expression and the power of you! We will orient ourselves beyond the muscular abs and explore an intricate web of structure and function, weaving and tonifying our central core. This workshop draws on meditation, free movement, asana, partner work, experimental anatomy and a felt sense of different body systems. The asana practice is accompanied by live music. Come and join us!
