Shakti Flow is designed to empower, strengthen and deepen your physical, spiritual and energetic body awareness. This intuitive fusion of yoga, meditation, breath, movement, dance & sound rejuvenates and balances you, allowing you to feel the potent creative power of being in flow with universal energy.
Nicole Mantilla is a clinical microbiologist, 200 RYT certified yoga teacher, intuitive, and sound & energy practitioner. These classes weave her passion, deep love and understanding of science, energy, spirituality and the human experience.
Fee: $20 per class. Usually meets bi-weekly.
