“The great way is not difficult for those who have no preferences”

This is a group meeting for meditation followed up by a short discussion every Sunday morning for a total of about 75 minutes. All contemplative traditions are honored, and we look forward to being in community with you while practicing compassion and wisdom. One Big Roof is connected and affiliated with Upaya Institute in Santa Fe, NM.

Buddhist meditations and teachings from all three traditions (Tibetan, Zen, and Vipassana) are offered 9:00 – 10:15am. By donation. All are welcome.

– You may feel free to drop-in whenever your schedule permits.
– No experience is necessary. You may wish to come a few minutes early if it is your 1st time to introduce yourself to Pierre Zimmerman, who leads the group.
– There is nothing to bring, just dress comfortably and in layers in case you become warm or cool, as you relax with us in meditation.
– We have pillows, blankets, chairs, and cushions, etc. in the studio.

Suggested Donation: $10

***NOTE: Don’t forget One Big Roof classes are held at 538 Maple Avenue, Saratoga Health & Wellness Building (across from the Maple Avenue Middle School, just off Route 50).
