Synervation Physical Therapy classes w/ Cindy Leveillee, PT

The Synervation Physical Therapy Program is designed to train your brain to improve how you move! It is a 12-week program (four group class sessions, plus eight individual private sessions by appointment) to correct faulty movement patterns for improved function, muscle balance and overall wellness. The techniques utilize the nervous system to reflexively activate the stabilization system of the body and create a stable base for quality movement using developmental patterns. The program also incorporates energy techniques to enhance the ability of the body to balance and engage. It is appropriate for all fitness levels, from a sedentary lifestyle to a high performance athlete.

The program consists of three elements of four weeks each. The emphasis of the first element is to correct faulty breathing patterns which is vital to the body’s integrated stability system. This is accomplished in weekly group sessions. The second and third elements are done with weekly individual sessions to address specific alignment, mobility issues, and integrate stability to allow for improved functional movement patterns. The goal of the program is to improve overall posture and alignment, decrease pain, reduce stress and increase functional mobility. A home exercise program is to be done at least once daily in order to make a permanent change in the programming of the stabilization system at a subconscious level.

Classes meet weekly on FOUR Wednesdays from 5:45 to 6:45. Private sessions are scheduled by appointment on an individual basis to accommodate personal schedules.

Cost: Each Four-week section is $160 OR the entire 12-week program is $360.

  • Weeks 1-4: Initial evaluation and movement assessment plus Four group sessions
  • Weeks 5-8: Four individual private sessions by appointment (reassessment and Three 45 minute treatments)
  • Weeks 9-12: Four individual private sessions by appointment (reassessment and Three 45 minute treatments)
