Class Descriptions: For the beginner and Intermediate level
In this class, you will learn the basic Yang Style Taiji postures,
movements and internal energy development.
These Taiji practices have many benefits for health and well-being
including flexibility, stress reduction and balance.

Has learned Chen Style Taiji (Tai Chi) for many years from Grand Master Chen Zhenglei (陳正雷), including Old Frame First Routine, Old Frame Second Routine, Single Sword Form and Push Hands.
In 2011, he received Certificate for Advanced Chen Style Taiji Training in Los Angeles from Grand Master Chen Zhenglei.
