Yoga for Beginners with Anna Witt
Yoga is an amazing practice of connection through your mind, body and spirit. The benefits of practicing yoga are endless, and the best part is that you’re never too young or too old to begin. With our beginner’s yoga series, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga – from what yoga is, to how to choose the right mat. You will discover your own unique blueprint for optimal alignment and find out about the basic postures (asana), breath extension (pranayama) and meditation. Class size is limited.
