Nini Gridley, MS Ed is a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher (500+) and Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP) who was certified to teach Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra at Kripalu where she was Retreat and Renewal faculty for ten years. In her private practice she has been helping people heal throughout the Northeast since 1995.
