One Roof practitioner Lynne Davidson, LCSW, has over 30 years’ experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor, group facilitator and consultant. She believes therapy is a deeply personal, unique process of creating meaning and purpose in order to live deliberately, joyfully and authentically. The therapeutic process allows each person the space and safety to explore beliefs, identify challenges, affirm and appreciate beauty in the self and others.

Lynne says: I consider it an honor to be in a therapeutic alliance with individuals who are working to grow and thrive. I also love the dynamics of working with groups and hope to have the opportunity to facilitate some groups in my practice at One Roof, in addition to offering individual counseling.

As a member of the LGBTQA community, I want clients to know that I understand some of the challenges inherent in living in the presence of others who may as yet lack appreciation for diversity. My work with individuals includes assisting them in examining negative beliefs and internalized homophobia, and supporting them in releasing unnecessary negative energy to find serenity.
