Sunday Dharma Meditation

Dharma is a standard word for inspirational topics that support us in our emotional, cognitive, ethical wish for wellbeing. This is a sitting meditation for 25 minutes with a silent break, allowing people to stretch, followed by a second sitting, introduced by a brief talk. A discussion on the topic and some insights and reflections about the nature and commonality of our basic humanity is shared by attendees. This meditation is open to beginners and/or those who have been meditating for awhile. Guests can sit in chairs or on cushions, which we provide. This group has been ongoing 10+ years. People of all backgrounds attend. No RSVP necessary. By donation ($10 suggested).
Guided Mindful Meditation
Held at the Saratoga Springs Public Library, 49 Henry Street
NOTE: This meditation program is temporarily “ON HOLD” until the library re-opens. 1st & 3rd Wednesday, 12:30-1:30pm in the Susman Room with Pierre Zimmerman.
NO pre-registration is required. Just drop-in. No experience necessary. FREE & OPEN.
