Sunday Dharma Meditation

Due to COVID-19, Dharma Meditations with Pierre Zimmerman will be held VIA ZOOM! MEETINGS will be held SUNDAYS from 9am-10:15am. PLEASE RSVP TO PIERRE if you are NEW to this group and are interested in joining by calling 413-992-7012 or Emailing PIERRE. NOTE: You will not have to RSVP, call or email to participate in future – the meeting URL will stay the same…PLEASE SAVE THIS INFORMATION week-to-week. If you are new to ZOOM, instructions to join meetings may be found on the ZOOM WEBSITE.

Dharma Meditation includes inspirational topics that support emotional, cognitive, and ethical wishes for wellbeing. This is a sitting meditation for 25 minutes with a silent break allowing people to stretch, followed by a second sitting, introduced by a brief talk. Pierre posts his Sunday Dharma essays on our WEBSITE BLOG for the weekend for you to follow along with him. A discussion on the topic and some insights and reflections about the nature and commonality of our basic humanity is shared by attendees. This meditation is open to beginners and/or those who have been meditating for a while. This group has been ongoing 10+ years. A $10 donation per class is suggested. Register via email to PIERRE.

Wednesday Dharma Meditation

WEDNESDAY MEDITATION from 5:30-6:45pm with Pierre Zimmerman WILL MEET “IN PERSON” AT THE HALL OF SPRINGS, *depending on Coronavirus status. Located within Spa State Park, 108 Avenue of the Pines, Saratoga Springs. Masks required, health & safety regulations will be announced. A $10 donation per class is suggested. RSVP by calling 413-992-7012 or Emailing PIERRE 24 hrs in advance. 

Guided Mindful Meditation
Held at the Saratoga Springs Public Library, 49 Henry Street

NOTE: This meditation program is temporarily “ON HOLD” until the library fully re-opens to include “in-person” gatherings. 1st & 3rd Wednesday, 12:30-1:30pm in the Susman Room with Pierre Zimmerman. NO pre-registration is required. Just drop-in. No experience necessary. FREE & OPEN. NOTE: No Library Meditation in AUGUST for Summer Vacation.
