Healing from the Inside Out: Alignment-Based Therapeutic Yoga
– Mondays, 8:30-10:00am, Alignment & Posture / All Levels
Alignment and posture classes for levels 1-3 give you time to explore and learn how to skillfully align your body-mind & consciousness from the inside out. Classes will break down individual poses, fluid transitions and give appropriate modifications. This class is recommended for all students at the appropriate level. Props are utilized.

Deepen and enliven your experience of yoga. This class invites you to discover the anatomical, kinesthetic and energetic relationships within the body, and between the body and breath. Let your regular yoga practice calm agitation and discomfort in the mind and create the right conditions for the spontaneous arising of joy.
– Thursdays, 5:30-6:45pm, Introduction to Embodyoga / Absolute Beginners
Experience a balanced and informative yet fluid class that introduces you to the fundamentals of a injury-free yoga practice. With precise attention to detail and inner-oriented cues as you begin to develop core strength, elasticity and whole body integration. Classes are open to students of all levels. No previous experience is required.

Classes are designed to work on elements of flow, to build heat and to link the breath more deeply to the movement, while remaining conscious of alignment/structural clarity. Learn to properly open your body through creative and intelligent sequencing. Taking a flow class may challenge you, but will also leave you feeling strong, resilient and clear.
